The elusive nuance of what KNOWING feels like to me versus the 💩 I BELIEVE
Leaps of faith are difficult thanks to our lizard brain's obsession with certainty; following intuition takes practice and guts (IRONY 😂)
Learning to call BULLSHIT on our own thoughts & seeking wisdom from deeper intelligence centres... The energy saving & potentially harmful pitfalls of judgy assumptions🤔

Having another crack at the concept & expanding through other perspectives, for the sake of doing this topic justice 🙏
No matter how anyone interprets each word, we generally ascribe a mystic / enigmatic / faith-based connotation to one of them leaving the room for subtlety and nuance (i.e. One means 'proof' while the other means 'evidence' 🤔

Things that I KNOW, but don't necessarily BELIEVE (i.e. like the ones I expose in The Experiment, as well as Part 1 above)

Trigger Warning: There is no one on Earth as determined as an Anorexic, and I come by that insight honestly 😅
Closing the knowing-believing gap by rebuilding the TRUST between body & brain, in addition to emerging evidence

Things that I BELIEVE, but don't necessarily KNOW (i.e. gnarly nuptials) 💎💞

Things that I neither BELIEVE nor KNOW (i.e. the existence of pure evil) 🤔🙈
My hypothesis regarding the transition & alignment of these two as a kind of MAGIC 🪄

KNOWING + BELIEVING = MANIFESTATION 🌈
